For a truly transformative Jelly Belly experience, curate a serene and undisturbed sanctuary for the hour's duration. Amplify the setting's tranquility with a flickering candle or aromatic incense, if you feel drawn to do so.

We embark on our journey deeply rooted in the present, forging connections with our innermost selves and fellow voyagers. This immersion begins with three intentional, deep breaths, designed to purify and revitalize our essence. Subsequently, each participant, based on the group's composition, will introduce themselves, sharing their name and the inspiration behind their quest for deeper consciousness. 

After introductions, participants are free to deactivate their cameras and audio, ensuring an undistracted immersion, guided singularly by my voice and visual prompts. As we navigate this self-massage experience, participants will foster a renewed kinship with their belly, intertwining breath and massage to initiate this transformative shift. The course accentuates an attitude of non-judgment and detachment, encouraging participants to be fully present and interpret the experience as healing insights.

This session promises to amplify sensations in your belly, nurturing a healthier rapport with it. It's plausible that challenging emotions may arise for acknowledgment. While you have the autonomy to disengage whenever you choose, we advocate for embracing these moments of discomfort with compassion, fostering healthier self-relationships. Above all, our priority is to craft a secure environment that underscores your well-being and safety.

Meet Jessy Kimbrell, Owner of Hope Embodied, LMT, REIKI, RYT Jessy has been a licensed massage therapist since 2019, a Reiki practitioner since 2018, and just completed her Yoga Teacher training this year. However, her initiation into the healing arts began at a very young age and continues to flourish through her adulthood. Jessy's upbringing was far from healthy. She has experienced her fair share of trauma and dissociation. These experiences have actually fueled her passion for healing herself and assisting in the healing of others.

Jessy’s mission with Hope Embodied is to attune others back to their primordial resonance. The resonance of slowness, stillness, and joy. She emphasizes the process of slowing down the nervous system to embody our truest essence, which is love. Jessy creates a space similar to being in the womb. A space truly to be, to be seen, to be held, and to grow.

Jessy is a channel for transformational healing. She is able to tune into the imbalances within others and bring them back into harmony. She works with great integrity and honor within her practice. Every session is a unique cornicopia of healing.
