Ayram Texidor is a US Army veteran and a human performance coach born and raised in Puerto Rico and now living in Orlando, Florida. For the last 11 years he has been working with a diverse range of athletes and organizations across various sports worldwide including MLB, ITTF, NFL and Puerto Rico Olympic Committee. In April 2022, he found himself searching for healing in Peru after years of struggling with symptoms of childhood and military trauma.
