Inner Child Workshop and Sound Healing March 6 2022 @ 2-6pm

Are you ready to embark in a guided meditation journey towards the deep seated memories of your inner child? In this wonderful workshop, we will start with some light and gentle yoga movements and breathwork to open up the connection to our bodies and settle our minds. We will do a guided meditation to reach that deep space where lost memories may be hiding.

We will create a safe group space to help each other process those wounds and trust our feelings.

Jai Kartar will lead us into a group process that can redefine those experiences. A space where we can safely face our pain, recognize our fears and transform our wounds into opportunities for growth within the adult consciousness of the present moment.

The inner child term has become a household name in the wellness communities around the globe.

What this really means is that the inner child represent the part of the psyche that is creative, innocent, enthusiastic and free. If we are constantly living in the space of our wounded child, indeed our relationship with freedom and expansion will be one of pain and fear.

Join us in creating a practice that cultivates self inquiry, emotional exploration and whole being acceptance.

2pm Light Yoga warm ups

2-3pm Breathwork and Guided Meditation

3-5pm Compassionate Inquiry Process plus Yogi Tea Circle

5-6pm* Sound Healing (crystal bowls + 44min of Gong for the Healed Heart )

*Sound healing Session is included on workshop price. At 4:45pm we will open the doors for people attending the sound healing only.
